Terms of use
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your use of this website (www.cal-fab.com). By using the site, you agree to them. They apply to the website only.
Informational purpose
The content on this site, including text, photographs, and any drawings or project examples shown, is provided for general informational purposes, to introduce CALFAB's work and capabilities.
No offer; project terms are separate
Nothing on this website is an offer, quote, estimate, warranty, or contract, and nothing here should be relied on as one. Any project we undertake, including its pricing, scope, schedule, warranties, and all other terms, is set out solely in a separate written proposal or agreement provided to and accepted by the client. That signed document governs the relationship between us. If anything on this website appears to conflict with such an agreement, the signed agreement controls; nothing on this website modifies, limits, or adds to it.
The website is provided "as is"
While we work to keep the site accurate and available, the website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind regarding the website itself, including its accuracy, completeness, or availability. This does not affect any warranty offered in a signed project agreement, which is governed solely by that agreement.
Intellectual property
All material on this site, including text, photographs, logos, marks, and any designs or drawings displayed, is the property of CALFAB or is used with permission, and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it (including to design, quote, fabricate, source, or compete) without our prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CALFAB is not liable for any damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use this website or its content.
Links to other sites
This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
Client Portal
Clients we issue a login to may access a secure Client Portal. Use of the Portal is governed by the separate Client Portal Terms and Access, in addition to these terms. Documents shown in the Portal are provided for reference and do not modify the terms of any signed project agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
